30-day money-back guarantee
RevInbox, operated by Ana Carolline Miranda Farias, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with RevInbox, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
Free trial
New customers receive a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. The 30-day refund window begins on the date you are first charged after the trial ends.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the Merchant of Record for all RevInbox purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team and we will assist you with the refund request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or via paddle.net. When you cancel, you will keep access to RevInbox until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the current period — to request a refund, use the steps above.
