- Inbox & CRM data: email threads, contacts, deal information, and metadata you choose to sync from Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Slack.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location.
- Support data: messages you send us when requesting help.
3. How we use your data
- To create and operate your account and provide the RevInbox service (legal basis: contract).
- To rank threads, generate AI briefs and drafts, and surface revenue context (contract).
- To secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve product quality (legitimate interests).
- To send you service and security communications (contract / legitimate interests).
- To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).
- Marketing communications only where you have opted in (consent).
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors that host our infrastructure, provide analytics, customer support tooling, and AI model inference.
- Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, for processing payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
